Technically I don’t know when today started/ended, because I crossed a few times zones?
My flight was successful and when I landed in Abu Dhabi, I went straight to my next gate because my layover was only an hour and a half.
About 30 minutes before my flight left, they hadn’t started boarding yet and I wanted to confirm I was at the right gate, so I asked the flight attendant. He told me that this was the flight to Delhi not New Delhi (?? I thought they were the same thing?), and that my actual flight was to leaving in 6 minutes. He told me where to go and I ran to the next gate.
As I arrived at the gate, one of the flight attendant said, "are you Zac?"
I laughed and said yes. He said, “oh good! We were just about to close the doors because we thought you weren’t going to come."
I was probably 1 of 3 White people on this flight. Not that I like being the center of attention, but I like when everyone stared at me. I just smiled and nodded at people. Some smiled back, others continued to stare...
The lady who sat next to me didn’t speak any English, so I just watched "Austin Powers in Goldmember" and listened to music. This flight wasn't too bad; only about 4 hours.
